Welcome to SpotPitch. By using SpotPitch you agree to these Terms. SpotPitch is a marketplace that connects drivers with hosts who list private parking spaces. SpotPitch is not a party to bookings between drivers and hosts.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

2. Bookings & payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. SpotPitch charges a 20% platform fee.

3. Hosts

Hosts represent that they have the right to offer the space they list.

4. Cancellations & refunds

5. Liability

SpotPitch is provided "as is". We are not liable for incidents at parking spaces.
