Refund & Cancellation Policy

Driver cancellations
Cancel at least 60 minutes before your booking starts for a full refund. Cancellations within 60 minutes are non-refundable.
Host cancellations
If a host cancels, the driver receives a full refund automatically.
Disputes
Email support@spotpitch.app within 7 days of the booking end time.
